About Us

Southland's local heat pump providers

Aotea Electric Invercargill Board of Directors knew that to have a successful heat pump business we needed to find the right person. This person needed to be personable, strive to be customer focused and have superior knowledge in the HVAC industry whilst maintaining the high quality of workmanship that Aotea Electric Invercarill have produced over the last 25+ years in Southland.

James Rennie was then employed by Aotea Electric Invercargill to be the man on the coal face for the Southland Heat Pumps brand. James is a registered electrician and also holds various certificates in HVAC which has grown out of 30 years experience within the electrical and mechanical contracting industry in building services. You can rest assured that if you get the chance to meet James he will leave you with a smile on your face.
